By a decision of the Supervisory Board of Gobarto S.A. dated 28 January 2026, Mr Karol Ludwiński was appointed President of the Management Board of the company.
He assumes the role as the former Vice President—an experienced manager with in-depth knowledge of the organisation, its strategy and key projects implemented within the Gobarto Group. The new President faces ambitious challenges related to further strengthening the company’s market position and executing its development strategy.
We congratulate Mr Karol Ludwiński on assuming this role.
At the same time, Mr Marcin Śliwiński concludes his term as President of the Management Board, leaving a significant contribution to the development of Gobarto and the delivery of the company’s key projects. We thank him for the years of successful cooperation and wish him continued success in his future professional endeavours.
