New defibrillators at Gobarto Group locations
Employee safety is a priority for the Gobarto Group. Therefore, taking advantage of the opportunity to obtain support, we purchased two modern AED defibrillators, which have been installed at our locations.
The initiative was carried out thanks to cooperation with PZU, which, as part of its prevention fund, allocated PLN 10,000 in co-financing for this purpose. This allowed for the purchase of two high-end devices complete with cabinets and additional pairs of electrodes.
One of the defibrillators was delivered to the Gobarto headquarters at Wspólna Street in Warsaw, while the second one was installed at the plant in Karolinki. The choice of this location was not accidental—it was primarily determined by the number of employees on site and the need to ensure the widest possible access to life-saving equipment. It is worth adding that a similar device is already operating at the Gobarto plant in Grąbkowo.
An AED defibrillator is a device that can play a crucial role in the event of sudden cardiac arrest. Thanks to simple voice prompts, it guides the person providing help step by step, enabling quick action to be taken even before emergency services arrive. Every minute is of great importance in such a situation, which is why access to this type of equipment significantly increases the safety of people staying in the workplace.
A safe workplace is the result of many actions—from appropriate procedures, through modern equipment, to shared responsibility for one another.
We consistently build safety in the Gobarto Group by equipping our locations with equipment and solutions that support health protection and enable a quick response in emergency situations. The new defibrillators are another element of this equipment and complement the actions we have taken so far.
