Gobarto S.A. has become the sixteenth company in Poland to join the Cooperative Compliance Programme conducted by the Head of the National Revenue Administration (KAS). The agreement was signed by Marcin Łoboda, Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Finance and Head of KAS, and Marcin Śliwiński, President of the Management Board of Gobarto S.A., together with Rafał Oleszak, Vice President of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer of Gobarto S.A. The meeting at the Ministry was also attended by Mariusz Kaczmarek, Director of the Tax Department at Gobarto S.A., and Joanna Zyber, Chief Accountant.
The Programme represents a modern model of cooperation between businesses and the tax authorities, based on dialogue, trust and transparency. Its objective is to ensure the correct settlement of tax obligations with the active support of KAS, while reducing the number of tax audits through ongoing supervision of a company’s internal control mechanisms.
As emphasized by Marcin Łoboda, Head of KAS and Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Finance:
“Participation in the Programme means a partnership based on dialogue and a modern approach to taxpayer service. It also reflects the awareness of the importance of tax compliance, both from the perspective of entrepreneurs and the National Revenue Administration.”
For Gobarto, joining the Programme is another step in building a culture of compliance, transparency and responsibility.
