For the first time, Gobarto SA has been recognized among the top-ranking companies in the Badanie Spółek Świadomych Klimatycznie (Climate-Conscious Companies Study), the results of which were published by Parkiet daily.
This independent study is conducted by Fundacja Standardów Raportowania (Reporting Standards Foundation), Stowarzyszenie Emitentów Giełdowych (Association of Stock Exchange Issuers), and Bureau Veritas, in collaboration with MATERIALITY and Energopomiar. It evaluates how companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) are managing climate-related reporting. Now in its sixth edition, this year’s study analysed non-financial data from 163 reports spanning 2017–2023.
The methodology is based on 10 key criteria, including climate governance and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reporting. These criteria are aligned with European Commission guidelines as well as upcoming CSRD Directive regulations and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
Gobarto SA was among 46 companies that scored above the 7-point threshold (out of 10 possible).
