Information on the Processing of Personal Data

As of 25 May 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”) is in force throughout the European Union, including Poland. The aim of the GDPR is to grant all citizens of the European Union the greatest possible control over the processing of their personal data by entities such as businesses, and to ensure an appropriate level of security for that data.

Data protection is of key importance to Gobarto SA; therefore, our operations have been adapted to meet the requirements of the GDPR and remain in full compliance with the applicable laws. We have developed and implemented procedures, instructions, policies, and new guidelines that govern all aspects of how personal data is processed at Gobarto SA.
