For years, we have exported our pork to European Union countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden) as well as other global markets (Angola, Cameroon, the Republic of the Congo, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Gabon, Ghana, Haiti, Hong Kong, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Seychelles, Switzerland, Ukraine; the Bahamas, Cape Verde).

Management Board

Marcin Śliwiński

President of the Management Board

Marcin Śliwiński has led the Gobarto SA Management Board since November 2018.

He brings over a decade of experience spanning both family-owned businesses and global corporations. His career began in the audit department of Salustro Reydel Polska (now KPMG), followed by a role as a financial controller at the Etex Group in Brussels. Prior to joining Gobarto SA, he spent six years as a management board member in a group of companies specializing in poultry and hatching egg production for the Cedrob Group.

Marcin Śliwiński holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Business Administration from the Northeastern University in Boston, where he specialized in finance and entrepreneurship. He later earned a master’s degree from the University of Warsaw, completing the programme under Dr. Janusz Fiszer as part of the International Business Program. He also completed a one-year French language course at the Sorbonne University in Paris and is a member of ACCA (The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).

In his free time, he enjoys sports, reading, and travelling.

Rafał Oleszak​

Vice President of the Management Board, Financial Director

Rafał Oleszak is a graduate of the Pedagogical University of Zielona Góra and the Poznań Higher School of Banking. He also completed postgraduate studies in capital investments and holds a certificate from the Accountants Association in Poland in the application of accounting for financial analysis.

Rafał Oleszak has been with GOBARTO SA since January 2004, first serving as Financial Director and company proxy, later as a management board member, and since 12 December 2007, as Vice President of the Management Board.

He has extensive experience in managing capital companies, having served on the supervisory boards of various entities both within and outside the GOBARTO Capital Group. In addition to his role at GOBARTO SA, he currently serves as Vice President of the Management Board at GOBARTO DZICZYZNA Sp. z o.o. and NETBROKERS POLSKA Sp. z o.o. He also sits on the Supervisory Board of Zakłady Mięsne Silesia SA.

Karol Ludwiński

Vice President of the Management Board

Karol Ludwiński graduated from the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at the Kozminski University in Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in Managerial Accounting & Controlling at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. He also participated in an exchange programme at Whittier College.

Since 2018, he has served as Vice President of GOBARTO SA, one of the largest privately owned companies in the food industry, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW). He is responsible for developing and executing the company’s B2C strategy.

His career began in 2010 at CEDROB Capital Group, where he initially served as Deputy Director of Corporate Stores. From 2015 to 2016, he held the role of Deputy Regional Director for the Mazovia Region at Polski Koncern Mięsny DUDA SA.

With extensive experience in trade, distribution, and budgeting, he has worked across various markets and leadership roles. His expertise in fostering client partnerships and managing traditional sales channels has played a key role in strengthening sales teams and enhancing product competitiveness. He continues to broaden his business acumen as an entrepreneur, expanding his knowledge across multiple industries.

SUPERVISORY BOARD

Andrzej Szczepan Goździkowski

Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Co-founder and shareholder of Cedrob SA since 1991; President of its Management Board since 1997. He was awarded the Gold Cross of Merit and the Cross of Freedom and Solidarity for his activism during martial law in Poland. An attorney, he earned his law degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź.

Aleksander Koźlakiewicz

Member of the Supervisory Board

Co-founder and shareholder of Cedrob SA. Served on its Supervisory Board from 1991 to 1997, then joined the Management Board in 1997. An entrepreneur in the poultry industry since 1975. Founder and co-creator of the Independent Farmers’ Group for poultry producers in Northern Mazovia.

Andrzej Śliwiński

Member of the Supervisory Board

Co-founder and shareholder of Cedrob SA since 1991. In 1993, he joined its Management Board as a Board Member. A food technologist by profession, he graduated from the Agricultural and Technical Academy in Olsztyn.

Ryszard Ceranowicz 

Member of the Supervisory Board

Graduate of the Polish Air Force Academy in Dęblin. Over a career spanning more than 30 years, he has acquired extensive experience in developing business relationships both in domestic and international markets, building sales structures, and actively seeking new avenues for growth. Lately, he has been strongly focused on Eastern markets (Ukraine, Belarus, Russia), particularly in the feed and food industries. From 1994 to 1997, he was Co-owner and Sales Board Member at NEOROL. Since 1991, he has owned CERPOL Sp.j., a trading company.

Robert Bednarski

Independent Member of the Supervisory Board, Chairman of the Audit Committee

Graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Since 2015, co-owner and Vice President of the Management Board at Spec-Rem SA, a company specializing in industrial maintenance and construction-assembly services in the refinery and petrochemical industries. From July 2012 to December 2013, he served as Vice President for Economic and Financial Affairs at Polimex-Mostostal. Previously held key executive roles, including Vice President for Economic and Financial Affairs at Boryszew SA (July 2010 – May 2012), Management Board Member responsible for Finance and IT at Ciech SA (August 2008 – June 2010), and Executive Director for Organization and Integration at PKN Orlen SA (August 2007 – August 2008). Currently sits on the Supervisory Board of the publicly listed company Protektor SA. He also holds statutory positions and is a shareholder in several smaller-scale entities.

Włodzimierz Władysław Bartkowski

Independent Member of the Supervisory Board, Member of the Audit Committee

Co-founder and shareholder of Cedrob SA since 1991. Vice President of the Management Board since 1997. Awarded the Honorary Badge “Meritorious for Agriculture” by the Polish Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in 2006. Co-founder and President of the Polish Association of Poultry Producers POLDRÓB since 2000. Holds a degree in economics.

Zbigniew Natkański

Independent Member of the Supervisory Board, Member of the Audit Committee

A graduate of the Faculty of Philosophy and History at the University of Łódź, journalist. Since 2009, he has been a board member of the Polish Journalists Association (SDP), Łódź Branch, serving as its president since 2012. In 2020, he was appointed deputy chairman of the Main Audit Committee of the Main Board of the SDP in Warsaw. From 2017 to 2020, he was a member of the Programme Council of the Polish Press Agency (PAP). Between 2016 and 2017, he headed the Voivode’s Office at the Łódź Voivodeship Office, later serving as Deputy Director of the Department of Civil Affairs and Foreigners from 2017 to 2021. In 2021, he became Acting Director of the State Forests Development and Implementation Centre in Bedoń, a position he held until 2024. Natkański has also been a long-time teacher and lecturer, including at social schools and the University of Humanities and Economics in Łódź.

Jan Franciszek Gajewski

Independent Member of the Supervisory Board

Attorney-at-law, a specialist in commercial and business law. Advisor in M&A transactions. Managing Partner at GAJEWSKI I WSPÓLNICY, an attorney and legal advisory firm. Board member of IG CAPITAL Sp. z o.o., WAHAF PHARMA Sp. z o.o., WCF EUROPE Sp. z o.o., and BLISS DEVELOPMENT Sp. z o.o. A graduate of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University and the Kozminski University.
