Submitting false reports or using the whistleblowing system to defame others, violate personal rights, breach copyright laws, infringe data protection regulations, or disclose confidential information \u2013 including protected trade secrets \u2013 may constitute an unlawful act and carry legal consequences, including criminal liability.
